INFLUENCE: HOW TO SHAPE OUTCOMES THAT MATTER
A 5-week live series for women who lead from clarity — not control — and with the kind of presence that moves things forward.
You don’t need another leadership model.
You want to feel comfortable in your own skin —when the stakes are high, resistance is felt in the air, and impact matters.
You’re already in the room.
You’ve earned your seat.
And still… you second-guess before you speak.
You over-prepare. You soften your truth to keep the peace.
That ends here.
This is for the woman who’s ready to speak with the kind of truth that changes the room —
without over-functioning, betraying her values, or burning out to be heard.
You don’t need to be impressive. You need to be clear.
Next cohort starts 8 Sept 2025 — only 8 spots.
Too many women leading change in complex, high-stakes systems lose influence because they avoid conflict or over-function.
Influence Mastery removes that friction — so your change moves faster.

Why This Approach
Too many women leading change in complex, high-stakes systems lose influence because they avoid conflict, give in too soon, or over-function. That doesn’t just slow them down — it slows the change the world urgently needs.
We see conflict not as something to avoid, but as the place where breakthroughs happen. Influence Mastery is built to anchor you in your deeper purpose, sharpen your asks, and move forward resolving the invisible friction : unresolved tensions, unclear boundaries, unspoken truths — that stalls progress.
When leaders can influence from grounded clarity, and practiced know-how they move critical conversations and decisions forward faster — while deepening relationships and building trust.
“I keep adjusting before I’ve even opened my mouth.”
“What I do doesn’t land the way I want it to”

This isn’t a lecture. It’s a live, interactive series where we work your real conversations in real time. Over five weeks you’ll move between short teaching, live coaching, and practice.
- Anchor in your “must” — the deeper reason you influence, negotiate, or enter conflict.
- Work with emotion and power — spot key drivers (appreciation, connection, status, role clarity) and use them intentionally.
- Map your influence power — authority, consequences, trust, relationships, presence — and where you give it away.
- Practice the ask — clear, direct, unapologetic; refine your opening line so it lands.
- Regulate under pressure — prepare your nervous system so you stay steady when the stakes are high.
- Rehearse the real conversation — peer rehearsal + live coaching on the situations you’re in now.
What past participants say

“It’s the first time I’ve learned negotiation in a way that blends presence, values, and strategy without losing power.” – (Participant)
“I have a new level of confidence in the ask. It’s made the issue visible and removed any doubt about the validity of asking. It’s profound—and it will change how I operate going forward.”         -M.J., (Participant)
“I’m far more prepared for my new role discussion… clear on my opening statement and renumeration ask - and wish list, instead of mumbling and stumbling.” – L.M., (Participant)
“Finally I get clarity emotionally, in a way I didn’t before… every session confirms how important that is.” – A.L., (Participant)
“That version of me that shows up so powerfully in interviews — I can bring her into negotiations too.” – (Participant)
“I really wish I had known this earlier in my career. It’s like parts of the jigsaw made sense. Negotiations now take on a whole different meaning for me.” — L.M., (Participant)

Doctors told me to give up on my son Benjamin’s life. I didn’t.
I persuaded top medical teams in Norway and the UK to attempt pioneering procedures that kept him alive. I’ve fought for life-saving medicine for a boy in India and navigated complex negotiations with the Norwegian Government. I know how to stand in the fire, work across systems and borders, ask the questions no one else dares, and hold my ground until the right people listen. That’s why I know “impossible” is just a word.
I bring that same presence and precision to my work with women in the C-suite — women leading in complex, high-stakes spaces where what they say can change the outcome. I’m the founder of Shestainability, co-founder of Lean in Equity & Sustainability, and serve on advisory boards for organisations working on climate change, energy transition, and basic human needs.Â
In my work with women on a mission — where time is often of the essence — I saw too much time being lost. Not because the mission lacked urgency, but because the path to influence wasn’t clear. Hours and energy were drained navigating conflict, lowering the ask, and stepping back instead of negotiating powerfully. This is why Shestainability partnered with Be Do Influence Academy — to equip women to shape outcomes that matter without diluting their vision or their voice.
After three decades in oil and gas, sustainability, and high-level negotiations, I’m known for asking “Who?” instead of “How?”, “What is this problem designed to solve?”, and when others ask “What’s next?” answering with “What’s here?”
Thinking Partner and Executive Coach to Women Solving World Problems.

I’ve spent more than two decades in leadership roles across international technology companies, start-ups, and the United Nations — work that demanded clarity under pressure, navigating complexity, and influencing across cultures.
Having lived, studied and worked in Europe, Mexico, Argentina, the US, and India, I bring a global perspective to influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
But my ability to stand my ground didn’t come from the boardroom alone. Growing up with a bipolar father and a narcissistic mother meant living inside a lifetime of high-emotion dynamics. I learned — over years, not quickly — how to protect myself, keep my center, and stand my ground while still being empathetic and staying connected, even when walking away might have been easier.
Alongside my corporate career, I trained in India as an Advanced Yoga Teacher, grounding my work in Eastern philosophy, meditation, and presence. That’s the foundation I bring: the how to — tools, structure, and strategies that work in the heat of the moment — combined with the inner stillness to act from a place of alignment.
Working closely with Rita in her masterminds transformed the way I see leadership: she is a master of deep self-discovery, of shaping who you are being.
Together, we bring the women in this series both halves of the equation: the inner shift that changes how you show up, and the practical mastery to turn that presence into outcomes that matter.
