Note on Participant Trust and Confidentiality

This program is designed as a small, intimate group (maximum 8 participants), where openness and trust are essential. If we identify that two applicants may be from competing organizations, we will hold brief individual conversations with them to ensure that both feel comfortable sharing freely in the group.

Should we find that participation from both would compromise the trust and confidentiality of the cohort, we will follow a first-come, first-served principle. In that case, the second applicant will be offered priority placement in the next available cohort.
