How do I know what’s next for me?

Have you ever felt both tired and restless at the same time?

Like part of you wants to surrender to finally slow down and another part of you is already asking, what’s next?

I hear this a lot in the conversations I have with women. And I know it’s not about laziness, or a lack of ambition. It’s about being in a natural transition point  when your old way of finding purpose doesn’t quite fit anymore, but the new way hasn’t fully revealed itself yet.

Here’s what I want you to know: you won’t find clarity by pushing harder. You’ll find it in the quieter moments by listening to your body, not just your mind.

When a possibility feels light, expansive, energising that’s a signal.
When it feels heavy, tight, draining  that’s also a signal.

And when you name what truly matters to you, even in the smallest way, it starts to guide you like a compass.

So the real work isn’t to rush forward. It’s to pause long enough to hear yourself.
